Issue
White/blank screen

Solution
On your mobile device, cycle the power off and back on.

To turn off your mobile device off completely: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider.

To turn on your mobile device on: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.




Issue
No sound

Solution
On your mobile device, confirm that the volume is up and that the Mute Switch is set to OFF. The mute/silent switch is located next to the volume buttons on your mobile device.
